30th Southwark Scout Group - London Borough of Southwark

Welcome to our website. 30th Southwark Scout Group has three sections, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts.  We are a member of the Scout Association in the UK and part of the Southwark Scout District in London.  We meet every Monday at 18:30 during term time, so come down and meet the team.

As part of the Scout Association, we have a clear purpose:

To help young people achieve their full physical,
intellectual, social and spiritual potential as
individuals, as responsible citizens and as Members of
their local, national and international communities.

Our method for giving young people the opportunity to learn by doing is called the balanced programme. Throughout their time in our Group young people will learn by taking part in a variety of new activities and experiences, exploring the outdoors, participating in teams, playing games, and taking responsibility.
